Shipping and Refund policy
- All purchases shipped free of charge. We ship to U.S. addresses only at this time. Items ship via USPS,UPS or Fedex.
- All shipments are carefully packaged and insured. In the event of damage, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your claim will be handled, and a replacement item shipped if available.
- Once a purchase is made, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment, and can log in to determine your delivery date.
- Returns will be accepted if you notify us within ten days of your receipt of the order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in undamaged condition in the original packaging. A refund will be generated after the returned item has been received. All sales items are final sale only.
- If any item is damaged in transit please send images to my email address [ email@example.com ] and will be replaced with another item from the store.
- You will have ten days to request return or replacement. After ten days requests will be denied.
- Paintings are packaged & shipped with great care. You will be provided with tracking number.
- On Sale items will not be eligible for refunds.
- Returns and replacement are not offered simply for change of mind.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
